Damaged base, typical where wheels have been changed without filling the old holes, thus making it weak.







Same damage internally where the ply veneers have come de-laminated.

Re-glueing, adding strengthening plate, and clamping.








Fill and strengthen all hole that are not to be reused.







Using a strong filler, repair all damaged areas.








Sanding back all repairs and removing ALL old glue (not a nice job)







The cab has gone through its transformation with new Tolex, piping, tadpole, wheels, handles, corners, etc.







Check out that repair.  Good as new and will last a lot more years.
